Journey class

I taught my Journey album class this last weekend. As stated in an earlier post, most of the album is made with ranger products, predominantly Tim Holtz. It is definitely not a beginner level class, so the students were in for a Friday night and all day Saturday adventure where they learned several new techniques and had the opportunity to tap into their own creative genius!

Here's Ranae, the owner of the store, Scrap 2 It! She had a blast playing with gesso and sprays!

Here I am, teaching the delicate skill of sprays, alcohol inks, stains and paints for the beautiful album covers.

Dorian hard at work applying stains to her album covers.

Ranae and Pat having fun getting inky and stained! We played with lots of fun die cuts too!

The students took advantage of using my stamps to stamp their tags for their books.

Here I am again, giving some personal tips straight from my own album!
Thanks for stopping by! It looks like my class for June is already full, so I'll need to get busy on my vagabond cutting all those fun die cuts for the kits!
