Hi! I'm really enjoying going through family photos, so I'm using this one of my maternal grandmother today. I'm not sure how old she was here, but I think she was probably in her early twenties, so this photo is from the late 1930's. She was a sweet spirited Christian woman that I always enjoyed spending time with. She was a school teacher as a young woman.

 

Here are a few close-up photos, I used the Time Travelers Collection by Prima. I also used several Prima flowers from another collection, but I thought they went well with the colors. I had a crocheted doily that I cut in half and placed under the layers. I also used a crocheted flower spray from I Am Roses. I added the pearl flourish and a few other embellishments from my stash. The letters are from Tim Holtz alpha parts.
