Happy Memorial Day!

I made this layout to honor my maternal grandfather, George Patterson. He spent some years in the Navy when he was a young man. Unfortunately, I don't know the year this was taken, but I can guess that it was in the late 30's or early 40's. I know my mother was a young girl when he was in the Navy. I have one more picture of him in his uniform that I will use to complete this as a two page layout. I kept it simple because I felt the focus should be on his photo. Most of the papers I used are from the Authentique Pride collection. Following are a few close-ups.
